Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

T Meador Construction LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Circuit Directory at circuitdirectory.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials, and, for paid plans, billing details. Account authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we do not store your password in plain text.

Circuit and property information. To provide the Service, we store the information you enter, which may include property addresses, panel locations, circuit descriptions, and related notes. We recognize this information can describe the layout of your home or building, and we treat it accordingly. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing status) to manage your subscription.

Usage and technical data. We collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and server log data needed to operate and secure the Service. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies. We use only essential cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • Create and store your circuit directories;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe);
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates;
  • Provide customer support; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality obligations. These currently include:
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you cancel, we retain your circuit directory information for 30 days to allow reactivation and export, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

5. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, described in our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Export your information in a portable format;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing; and
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at help@circuitdirectory.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

For EU/UK users (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), your consent (where applicable), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For Virginia users (VCDPA) and other U.S. state privacy laws: We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising. You have the rights described above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your data, and you may appeal a decision by contacting us at help@circuitdirectory.com.

7. International data transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as by email or in-app notice).
