Security

Last updated: July 10, 2026

At T Meador Construction LLC, we take the security of your data seriously. Because Circuit Directory stores information about electrical panels and property layouts, we treat that data as sensitive and design our practices around protecting it. This page describes the measures we use.

Important: No system is completely secure, and we do not claim to be. The measures below reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. We describe our practices honestly rather than making absolute guarantees.

Data encryption

  • In transit: All connections to the Service are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS), with Cloudflare providing edge encryption and protection. Data moving between your browser and our servers is protected against interception.
  • At rest: Your data is stored on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure, which encrypts data at rest by default using strong industry-standard encryption (AES-256).

Payment security

We do not store full credit card numbers. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe’s security overview.

Authentication and access controls

  • User sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in plain text; credentials are managed by Firebase using industry-standard protections.
  • Access to production systems and customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Service.
  • We encourage you to enable any available multi-factor authentication and to use a strong, unique password.

Infrastructure

The Service runs on Google Cloud and Firebase, with Cloudflare providing DNS, content delivery, and network-layer security. These providers maintain their own physical, network, and compliance certifications. See Google Cloud security and Cloudflare Trust Center.

Backups and availability

We rely on Google Cloud and Firebase managed infrastructure, which provides data durability and redundancy. We retain your circuit directory data for 30 days after account cancellation so it can be recovered or exported before deletion.

Your role in security

Security is shared. You can help protect your account by:

  • Using a strong, unique password and not reusing it elsewhere;
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential; and
  • Notifying us promptly of any suspicious activity.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it responsibly to admin@circuitdirectory.com. We appreciate disclosures that give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address issues before they are made public, and we commit to acknowledging your report and working with you in good faith. Please do not access or modify other users’ data, or degrade the Service, while testing.
