Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Circuit Directory, operated by T Meador Construction LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for your selected plan (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown at circuitdirectory.com/pricing. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we will give you advance notice.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing help@circuitdirectory.com.

  • When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as stated in the money-back guarantee below or where required by law.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us at help@circuitdirectory.com within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that payment. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only, not to subsequent renewals.

Beyond the guarantee period, payments (including renewals) are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. We may also issue refunds at our discretion — for example, for a billing error or an extended service outage.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment succeeds. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, we may cancel your subscription.

Your data after cancellation

After cancellation, we retain your circuit directory information for 30 days so you can reactivate or export it, after which it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before that window closes.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state, including any statutory right to cancel or to a refund.
